- 3 oz orange flavored vodka
- 0.5 oz Montenegro brand amaro
- Splash orange bitters
- Extra virgin olive oil (preferably robust)
- Rosemary salt (optional)
- Combine the first three ingredients and shake with ice.
- Salt-rim a martini glass with rosemary salt
- Pour drink into glass, served "up," with a pitted Kalamata olive (in brine), and finish with a drizzle of EVOO. Use enough oil to cover most of the top with droplets.
