- 3 oz Orange Flavored Vodka
- 0.5 oz Montenegro Amaro
- Splash Orange Bitters
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Rosemary salt (optional)
- Combine the above ingredients and shake with ice.
- Salt-rim a martini glass with rosemary salt
- Serve up with a pitted Kalamata olive (in brine), and drizzled with EVOO. Use enough oil to cover most of the top with droplets, in the rosemary-salt-rimmed martini glass.
