Extra Virgin Alliance - The Olive Oils

Solara Estate

La Rioja, Argentina

Solara Estate

Our oils originate in the pristine foothills of the Andes, in La Rioja, Argentina, where altitude, intense sunlight, and dry air create exceptional conditions for olive growing.

We are a vertically integrated, single-estate producer, managing every step from orchard to extraction and storage. Our olives are harvested early in the season and processed within hours using controlled cold extraction to preserve their vibrant sensory profile and natural polyphenols. Each batch is produced with attention to detail and stored under inert conditions to maintain freshness and stability over time. This approach allows us to consistently deliver oils that are clean, balanced, and expressive of their origin.

Behind the brand is a team combining agricultural expertise with an international outlook, bringing high-quality extra virgin olive oil from Argentina to the U.S. market. We also collaborate with Italian universities on agronomic research and best practices, ensuring a continuous focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. For us, olive oil is more than a product, it is a reflection of place, craftsmanship, and culture. Our goal is to transform everyday use into a meaningful experience rooted in quality, provenance, and flavor.
